Baked Beef Rolls By Chef Zakir


Ingredients:
Undercut 300 gram
Egg(beaten) 1
Spring onion (finely cut) 1stalk
Carrot (finally cut) 1
Refined flour 1cup
Milk 1 cup
Onion (finally cut) ½
Mozzarella cheese 250 grams
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required

Method:

• Cut undercut into fine strips.mix refined flour, egg and milk in a bow.
• Grease non-stick frying pan;pour little flour mixture in it enough to cover the pan thinly; cook both sides and remove.Repeat process with remaining mixture.
• Cook undercut, 3 tbsp oil and onion in a wok
• When meat is tender add black pepper, spring onion, carrot and salt; cook for few minutes and remove.
• Put some prepared mixture on one side of crepes, and roll.
• Place all rolls in baking tray; spinkle cheese on top.
• Bake at 200 C in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes; remove.
