How to Make Lava Cake


Lava Cake Ingredients:
• Cooking chocolate (dark) 170 gram
• Refined flour ( sieved) 1/3 cup
• Baking powder ¾ cup
• Butter ¾ cup + tsp
• Eggs 3
• Sugar ½ cup
• Mint, cream and strawberries for garnishing


Method:

• Melt chocolate in a double-boiler; add butter and mix till butter is melted; remove and set aside.
• Beat eggs and sugar in a bowler with electric beater till sugar dissolves
• Add flour and baking powder; beat
• Add chocolate and mix with spoon
• Grease paper cups with butter and place on muffin tray
• Pour nixture in the cups and bake at 108 C in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes; remove.
• Garnish with mint leaves, cream and strawberries; serve
