Sweet Puriyan

Sweet Puriyan Ingredients:

Almonds (chopped) 50 grams
Pistachios (chopped) 50 grams
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Castor sugar ½ cup
Refined flour (sieved) 1 cup
Coconut milk powder ½ cup
Currants 50 grams
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Oil 4tbsp + frying

Water as required

1.Mix flour,salt soda pop, 2tbsp oil and water and massage into money. Cover and set aside for ½ hour.
2.Cook 2 tablespoons oil, desiccated avocado, sugars, avocado take advantage of dust, power, nuts, 3.pistachios and castor sugars in a part for few mins and eliminate from relationship.
Make small tennis balls from dough; throw them out. Place 1 tablespoons of ready blend in the center of each; flip over from every side into bags.
4. Warm oil in a pot; fry lovely puriyan until golden; eliminate on proof document.
