Cheese And Cream Baked Macaroni

Macaroni 1 cup
Chicken 1 bread piece, cut into piece
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Ginger/garlic paste ½ tsp
Carrot ½ cup
Peas ½ cup
Corn ½ cup
Capsicum ½ cup

For Topping
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Egg 1
Capsicum 2-3 cut into circle
Tomatoes 2-3 cut into circle

For sauce:-
Tomato 4
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Red chilli 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger/garlic 1tsp

Boil macaroni in water with 1 tbsp oil. Strain boils carrot, peas and corn. Marinate chicken piece in salt black pepper and ginger for half an hour. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry all the vegetable in it and keep aside fry chicken piece till golden brown and keep aside. grease baking dish. Mix all the chicken vegetable and macaroni. In the dish, add chicken mixture. Beat the egg and spread on top of the chicken mixture. Now make sauce by heating 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry ginger paste. Add tomato and all ingredients. cook till tender. Keep aside to cool. Then grind into a paste. Now add this sauce on top of beaten egg in the dish. Add cream, mayonnaise, cheese, capsicum and tomato slices on top of the cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180oC
