How to make bhindi masala recipes

    bhindi  1 kg
    Oil 4 teaspoon
    Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
    Onion (sliced) 2 medium
    Ginger (chopped) 2 inch piece
    Green chillies (chopped) 6-8
    Fennel seeds 2 teaspoon
    Fenugreek seeds 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt To taste
    Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
    Dry mango powder 2 teaspoon
    Red chilli powder 3 teaspoon
    Chaat masala 2 teaspoon
    Lemon juice 2 table spoon

How to make bhindi masala recipe:
 Cut head and tail of ladyfingers. Cut each into two or three pieces depending on the size.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. As they begin to change colour add onion, ginger and green chillies. Stir-fry till onion turns pinkish.Add fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds and mix well. Continue to cook for one minute.Add bhindi  and sprinkle salt. Cook, covered, on medium heat till done. Add coriander powder, amchur and red chilli powder,chaat masala and lemon juice and toss well.Serve hot.
