Kerry ka Murabba by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

½ kg Kerry
½ kg Sugar
1kg water
Green cardamom seeds
Saffron

Method:-
skin ½ kg pink mango, cut each into 6 pieces and add in hot water for 6  minutes, strains and keep aside, heat ½ water and ½ kg honey till sugar dissolve, remove sugar dirt put in to it boiled raw mango quantity.
 let it heat on very low flame for 25 min add 1 tbsp cardamom seeds, cook till bubble comes on top lastly add ½ tsp saffron on mixed with prepared syrup, combine fine and take away
