Vegetable Rolls


Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Vinegar

• 1 tbsp Corn Flour

• 2 pcs Carrot

• 4 pcs Green Onion

• 1-1/2 tsp Black Pepper

• 2 pcs Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)

• 2 tbsp Soya Sauce

• 2 whites Eggs

• 1 cup Cabbage

• 2 tbs Cooking Oil

• 24 Roll Patti

• 1 cup (boiled) Noodles


Method:
1. In a pan add oil and leave on high flame.
2. In the above pan add carrots, capsicum and cabbage.
3. Mix them all well.
4. Add your seasoning to the vegetables and mix.
5. Add noodles and mix.
6. Add green onions and mix again.
7. Add corn flour, this will thicken any juices.
8. Cool down the vegetable mixture.
9. Place the mixture in one corner of the sheets, fold and roll up.
10. Glue together with egg whites.
