Aloo Gobi (Flower) ki Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2  Gobi
2 Potato
2 Tomato
2 Onion
4 Green chilies
1tps Ginger-garlic paste
1/4 cup Peas (optional)
1/4 cup Chopped coriander
1 Bay Leaf
1tps Cumin seeds
1/3 tps Suanf
1 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
4-5 Black pepper
Javitri leaves -
Salt to taste
1/4tps Turmeric powder
2tps Redchilli powder
1tps Coriander powder
1tps Garam masala powde
2-3 tablespoon Oil
1 1/2 cup Water

How to make/prepare Aloo Gobi (Flower) ki Sabzi:-
Cut cauliflowers into normal small peaces, peel the potatoes and cut into small cube. then
make paste of onion, cumin seeds, suanf, javitri, both cardamoms, pepper and keep aside.now Chop remaining 1 onion and tomatoes, slit the chilies.Ina pan heat 2tablespoon of oil and shallow fry the cauliflower and potatoes & keep aside.In the same pan add more oil if required, add bay leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and chilies. Sauté until onion becomes golden brown.Add all the powder & paste masalas [prepared in step 2] and cook for 1-3 minutes.Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5mins until tomatoes become soft and masala gets cooked.Add 1/2cup water in the masala and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.Now added the potato and cauliflowers and mix well and cook in slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes.Add Peas and mix.Add 1 to 11/2cup of water, salt & cover the pan with lid and cook (8-10mins) in medium flame until all the veggies gets done nicely.Aloo gobi sabji si ready,garnish with chopped coriander.
