Peach Crumble Cake

Peach Crumble Cake is sweet deset learn how to make Peach Crumble Cake in urdu and hindi


• Eggs 4

• Castor Sugar 100g

• Fine flour 100g

• Baking powder 1tbsp

• Vanilla Essence 1/2 tbsp

• Almond Honey crunch 1 or 2

• Fresh Cream 1/2 kg

• Sugar_gid15'>Icing Sugar 4tbsp

• SlIced Peaches (as needed)

• Cherries 8-10

• In a bowl beat 4 eggs with 100g of castor sugar.
• Then, add half tbsp of vanilla essence, 100g of fine flour, and 1 tbsp of baking powder, mix it well.
• Add the above prepared mixture in a 2 grade sandwich tin of 8 inches.
• Bake it well in the preheated oven (at 190 degrees).
• After 15 minutes check if it’s properly cooked, take it out and let it cool down.
• To prepare icing: beat 1/2 kg of fresh cream and add 4 tsp of icing sugar in it.
• When the cake is cooled enough spread the peach syrup on the cake.
• Put the icing on the cake and spread it evenly, put peach slices and then place another cake on top of it.
• Again cover it with the icing from all sides and decorate it with peach slices and cherries.
• Cool down before serving.
