Raw Mango Sauce


    Raw mango 2 – 3
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Brown sugar 4 tbsp
    Cinnamon powder 1/3 tsp
    Green chili 5 – 6
    Salt to taste

Firstly scoop out the flesh from the raw mangoes.
Heat a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
Add the mango flesh, along with brown sugar, green chilies, salt and cinnamon powder.
Cook for 4 – 5 minutes or until the mangoes become soft.
Add ½ cup water and bring to the boil.
After cooling place the mango mixture into a blender and add lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
