Chocolate Chip Cake By Shireen Anwar in URDU




Ingredients:

• Butter softened 2/3 cup

• Sugar 1 ¾ cup Sugar

• Flour 3 cups

• Baking powder 3 ½ tsp

• Salt ½ tsp

• Vanilla Essence 1 ½ tsp

• Milk 1 1/3 cup

• Mini Chocolate chips 1 cup

• Egg whites 4

• Ingredients for vanilla glaze

• Sugar_gid15'>Icing Sugar sifted 1 ½ cup

• Soft Butter 1 tbsp

• Vanilla 1 tbsp

• Milk 2 tbsp



How to make Chocolate Chip Cake By Shireen Anwar in URDU

1. Beat 2/3 cup butter and 1 ¾ cup sugar until light and fluffy, sift together 3 cups flour, 3 ½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt, add alternately to cream mixture with 1 1/3 cup milk add 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence, stir in 1 cup chocolate chips, in another bowl beat 4 egg whites until stiff peak form, gently fold egg whites into cream mixture, pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan, bake on 180 degree C for 50 minutes, cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on a serving platter and cool completely. Top with vanilla glaze.

2. In a small bowl combine 1 ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp vanilla, add 2 tbsp milk gradually to achieve desired consistency, stir until smooth, drizzle on cooled cake.
