Weight Loss Diet Tea




Ingredients:

5 Cups Water

1/2 tsp Carom seeds

1/2 tsp Fennel seeds

1/2 tsp green Tea leaves

1 small piece of Cinnamon

1 small piece of Ginger

Learn how to make Weight Loss Diet Tea

Boil water till it simmers.

Add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea leaves, cinnamon and ginger.

Turn the flame off cover it for 5 mins.

Let it cool then save and keep it in a thermos.

Drink 5 cups of green tea in day.
