Chana Dal Vada (Bengal Gram Vada)



½ kg chana dal
6 green chillies(ground)
A small piece of ginger
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil for batter
2 tbsp onion (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Salt to taste




Method:-

Soak dal.Overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.Drains and grind coarsely. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well .Heat 1 tbsp oil and mix in with the paste. From into medium- sized vadas, and deep fry on medium fire till light brown serve hot
