Fresh Corn Pakora

Ingredients :
6 corncobs
1 tsp besan
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp haldi
2 tbsp plain yogurt
4 green chillies, finely chopped
1" piece ginger, minced
1 tsp cilantro leaves, chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste

Method :
Wash and grate the corn. Mix well all the ingredients (except oil) and divide into small round ball. Deep fry on medium flame until it becomes light brown.Seve Hot

  1. Corn pakoda looks delicious.Never made them.Like the fact that corn is cooked with milk before adding it to the batter.Sure a yummy snack with tea.
