Grated white Gourd paratha

½ cup white gourd
1 ½ cups wheat flour
6 green chillies
A small piece of ginger
2 tsps sugar
¼ tsp red chilli powder
2 tblsp oil for batter
½ tsp turmeric
A pinch of asafetida
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Peel, wash and grate the gourd, And set a side.
Mix the wheat flour with all the ingredients, except the while gourd.
Neat, add the grated gourd and knead with a light hand. (if the gourd releases too much water, reduce by pressing.) place a tava on a medium fire and grease it with 2 or 3 drops of oil . Then, roll the dough into medium sized round chapattis, smear with oil, and continue to cook and turn a few times until both sides are light brown. Remove when done.
