Sour Lemon Pickle

How to make indian Sour Lemon Pickle....

2 kgs fresh lemons (large)
200 gms salt
1 tblsp turmeric

Wash lemons, wipe, and cut each into 8 pieces. Add salt and turmeric. Mix and store in a clean glass jar. Stir every day. In about 45 days, the lemons will become soft, and the pickle, ready to eat
This is specially recommended for invalids.
