Minty Raita By Chef Gulzar





Ingredients for Minty Raita:

* Yogurt 250 gm
* Mint leaves 1 bunch
* Green chilies 3-4
* Cumin seed 1 tsp
* Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste

Method:

1. Put yogurt, mint, green chilies, roasted & crushed cumin, chinese salt and salt in a blender jug and blend it.
2. Serve it with biryani.
