Weight Loss Diet Green Tea

Weight Loss Diet Tea - Every woman want weight reduce . Today I share with you perfect tea that helps to reduce weight easily.


Ingredients:

5 Cups Water
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp green tea leaves
1 small piece of cinnamon
1 small piece of ginger


How To Make Easy Weight Loss Diet Tea At Home:


Boil water till it simmers.

Add carom seeds, fennel seeds, green tea leaves, cinnamon and ginger.

Turn the flame off cover it for 5 mins.

Let it cool then save and keep it in a thermos.
